    • Do you offer a free trial?

      Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial. Just install Pixoo from the Shopify App Store and explore how it can boost your sales. If you have any questions or feedback, our team is happy to help.

    • How many currencies do you support?

      Pixoo supports all currencies supported by Shopify. Just make sure your desired currencies are active in your Shopify Markets setup and that local currencies are enabled.

    • What types of discounts do you support?

      We currently support four discount types: Amount off products, Amount off orders, Free shipping, and Buy X Get Y. More discount types are on the way!

    • Can I create discounts for specific markets (e.g. only the US)?

      Yes — you can target specific markets directly. When creating a discount, simply choose whether to apply it globally or limit it to selected Shopify Markets.

    • Can I create multiple discount codes at once?

      Absolutely! Pixoo fully supports bulk discount creation and management across all four discount types. You can instantly generate thousands of unique codes, import or export up to 120,000 entries with ease — and even more if needed. The system has been tested at that scale and built to handle higher volumes, ensuring smooth performance and significant time savings when managing large-scale campaigns.

    • How do I integrate Pixoo with my Shopify store?

      Integration is seamless. Install Pixoo via the Shopify App Store, and it will appear under your existing Shopify Discounts tab — ready to use instantly.

    • Can I set different discounts for different currencies?

      Absolutely. You can create separate discounts for each currency, allowing you to tailor your offers per market and maximise performance globally.

    • What kind of discount rules can I configure?

      Pixoo supports flexible rules including percentage off, fixed amount off (products or orders), and free shipping. More rule options are coming soon.

    • What happens with currencies I don’t configure manually?

      If you don’t set a specific value for a currency, Pixoo can automatically convert your discount using Shopify’s live exchange rates, ensuring your offers stay consistent across all markets.

    • Can I target discounts based on customer tags?

      Yes, you can now filter by customer tags to apply discounts only to specific groups — perfect for segmenting VIPs, first-time buyers, or custom cohorts.

    • If I create a discount in one currency, will it apply to all?

      You decide. Apply the discount to all currencies (with automatic conversion using Shopify’s live exchange rates), or only to selected currencies you choose.

    • What if I need help or run into issues?

      We’re here to help. Just reach out to our support team via email — we aim to respond quickly and make sure everything runs smoothly for your store.

    • Can I deactivate Pixoo when I’m not using it?

      Yes — you can deactivate Pixoo at any time to pause your subscription. Just keep in mind that any discounts created via Pixoo will be removed if the app is turned off. This makes it ideal for merchants who only use discount codes occasionally.

    • Why is the app called Pixoo?

      Pixoo is short, catchy, and easy to remember. The name is a playful nod to "Picsou" (Scrooge McDuck in French) — symbolising smart, value-driven pricing.
