How many currencies do you support?
We currently support USD, EUR, CAD, GBP, JPY, AUD, CHF, CNY, SEK, and NZD, with plans to add more currencies soon.
How many types of discounts do you support?
We support three types of discounts: Amount off products, Amount off orders, and Free shipping. We’re working on adding more discount types in the future.
Can I create discounts for specific markets, like only for the US?
Yes, you can! When setting up your discount, you have the option to specify market eligibility. You can choose to apply the discount to all markets or restrict it to selected markets that you’ve configured in advance.
How do I integrate Pixoo Discounts with my Shopify store?
Integration is seamless. Simply install Pixoo Discounts from the Shopify App Store, and it will be added to your existing Shopify Discounts tab, where you can start setting up your multi-currency promotions right away.
Can I set up discounts for different currencies separately?
Yes, you can set up individual discounts for each supported currency. This allows you to tailor promotions specifically for each currency and market.
What types of discount rules can I configure?
You can configure various discount rules, including percentage-off, fixed amount-off products, fixed amount-off orders, and free shipping. Customisable rules allow for flexible and effective promotions.
How often do you update your supported currencies?
We are continuously expanding our supported currencies. Check our app updates for the latest additions, and if you have a specific currency request, let us know!
